Welcome to the Sangai Global Ads mobile application, operated by Sangai Global Private Limited.
These App Terms & Conditions ("App Terms") govern your download, access, and use of the Sangai Global Ads mobile application (the "App") on iOS, Android, or any other supported operating system. These App Terms are a binding legal agreement between you and Sangai Global Private Limited and supplement our general website
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these App Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
1. License to Use the App
Sangai Global Private Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use (as a viewer) or business use (as an advertiser) strictly in accordance with these App Terms.
You may not:
Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained within the App.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
2. Operating System and Device Requirements
To use the App, you must have a compatible mobile device and a functional internet connection. We do not warrant that the App will be compatible with all hardware or software configurations.
Updates: We may automatically deploy updates, patches, and modifications to the App to improve performance, enhance security, or add new features. You agree to receive these updates automatically. Failure to install updates may result in a loss of functionality.
3. App Store Dependencies
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge the following:
These App Terms are concluded solely between you and Sangai Global Private Limited, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
You must comply with the applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App (e.g., you must not violate your wireless data service agreement).
4. Account Security and User Conduct
If you create an account or log into your Verified Profile via the App, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
You agree not to use the App to distribute spam, upload malicious code, or engage in any automated scraping or bot activity.

5. Push Notifications and Location Services
The App leverages advanced mobile features to provide a superior user experience.
Push Notifications: By granting notification permissions, you agree to receive alerts regarding ad approvals, campaign analytics, and promotional updates. You can manage or disable these at any time via your device settings.
Location Services: If you allow the App to access your precise location, we use this data to serve hyper-local advertisements. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device's privacy settings.
6. Smart-Routing and Third-Party Links
The App utilizes proprietary Smart-Routing technology (via ioslink: and androidlink: tags) to seamlessly direct users to appropriate app stores or external websites based on their device.
We do not control the external websites or applications you are routed to.
Sangai Global Private Limited is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party links or services accessed through the App.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all UI designs, underlying code (developed by Koijam Eshorjit Singh), algorithms, and branding, are the exclusive property of Sangai Global Private Limited.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's uptime, reliability, or accuracy.
Sangai Global Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, battery drain, data overage charges, or unauthorized access to your device.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these App Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.
10. Governing Law
These App Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of your use of the mobile application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Imphal, Manipur, India.
