Because our platform offers immediate digital distribution and inventory allocation upon campaign launch, our refund policy is strictly structured.
By purchasing any advertising package, premium placement, or digital marketing service on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy Condition
As a digital service provider, all sales are generally considered final. Because digital ad spaces (such as our Premium Hero Carousel or Sponsored Grid Ads) are allocated in real-time and block competing inventory, we do not offer refunds once a campaign has been approved, processed, and pushed live.
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
A. Full Refunds Are Issued If:
Ad Rejection Prior to Launch: If your submitted advertisement is rejected by our moderation team for failing to comply with our
, and you choose not to resubmit an amended version, you are entitled to a full refund.Ads Policy Technical Platform Errors: In the rare event that a systemic technical failure on our platform prevents your advertisement from rendering or displaying on the grid for an extended period, we will issue a full refund or an equivalent campaign extension (ad credits).
Accidental Double Payments: If you are billed twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway glitch, the duplicate charge will be fully refunded upon verification.
B. No Refunds Are Issued If:
Campaign Performance: We do not guarantee clicks, impressions, application downloads, conversion rates, or financial returns. Refunds will not be granted based on the performance or perceived lack of results of an ad.
Advertiser Change of Mind: Once an ad is live on the homepage or category grid, you cannot request a refund if you change your mind or wish to cancel the campaign early.
Post-Approval Violations: If your advertisement is approved but later removed because you modified the destination link to redirect to prohibited, malicious, or deceptive content, your campaign will be terminated immediately, and no refund will be given.

3. Digital Marketing & Creative Design Services
For custom services—including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), brand strategy consulting, and custom graphic media design:
Fees are non-refundable once our creative or technical teams have initiated work on your project.
If a project is cancelled by the client before any design or structural work has begun, a partial refund may be issued, minus a 15% administrative processing fee.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
If your request meets the eligibility criteria for a refund:
Request Submission: You must submit a formal refund request to our team via our
page within 7 days of the original transaction date.Contact Us Review Phase: Our billing department will review your case and cross-reference our system logs. You will be notified of approval or rejection within 3 business days.
Disbursement: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, or Credit/Debit card). Depending on your financial institution, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
