Guide to Submitting Ads
Welcome to the Sangai Global Ads submission guide. Our platform utilizes a highly customized, smart-tagging system to display your advertisements beautifully and route your customers effectively.
Because we maintain strict quality control and formatting standards, all ads are currently submitted to our team for processing. Follow the steps below to prepare and submit your advertisement for publishing.
Step 1: Prepare Your Core Content
To ensure your ad looks perfect on our modern grid layout, please prepare the following basic elements:
Ad Title: A catchy, clear headline (recommended under 60 characters).
Main Image: A high-quality square image (1:1 aspect ratio is required for the best display). Images that are not square will be cropped to fit our post cards.
Ad Description:
Short Preview: Provide a punchy opening sentence (this appears on the grid before the user clicks "Read More").
Full Body: The complete details of your offer, announcement, or business.
Destination Link: The primary URL where you want to send your customers (e.g., your website, social media page, or product link).
Step 2: Choose Your Target Category
Select the primary category that best fits your advertisement. This ensures your ad appears in the correct 3D category filters on the homepage:
Offers / Business / Events / Jobs / Real Estate / Education / Political / Police / Personal / Public / Aids / Awareness / Announcement
Step 3: Select a Smart Call-to-Action (CTA)
Our platform automatically generates beautifully styled, clickable CTA buttons at the bottom of your ad card based on specific keywords. Choose one of the following exact phrases to include with your submission:

Step 4: Utilize Advanced Metadata Tags (Optional but Recommended)
You can request our team to apply special "tags" to your ad to activate our platform's premium UI features. Include any relevant tags in your submission:

Step 5: Submit for Publishing
Once you have gathered your text, image, link, category, and desired tags, send them to our publishing team.
Navigate to our
page.Contact Us Send an email or fill out the submission form with your ad details.
Specify your package: Let us know if you are requesting a Standard Ad, a Sponsored Ad (floats to the top of grids), or a Premium Ad (featured in the massive hero carousel).
Our moderation team will review your submission to ensure it complies with our Ads Policy. Once approved, you will receive an invoice, and your ad will be pushed live to the platform immediately upon payment.
