• Verified Status: The "Verified" badge is granted at the sole discretion of Sangai Global Ads following our internal review process. We reserve the right to revoke this status at any time if a user violates our policies.

3. Advertisement Submission & Content Guidelines

As an advertising platform, we maintain strict standards to ensure a safe and trustworthy environment for our users.

• Lawful Content: All ads submitted must comply with the local, national, and international laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

• Prohibited Content: You may not submit ads that contain:

5. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: The design, layout, graphics, and underlying code of Sangai Global Ads (developed by Koijam Eshorjit Singh) are the exclusive property of Sangai Global Private Limited and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sangai Global Ads acts as a platform to connect advertisers with audiences.

• We do not guarantee the performance, click-through rates, or sales resulting from your advertisements.

• We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers originating from ads on this platform.

• Under no circumstances shall Sangai Global Private Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the inability to access the platform.
